Landry/French is providing construction management services for Mölnlycke Health Care’s largest investment to date—a $134 million expansion of its Brunswick, Maine wound care manufacturing facility at Brunswick Landing. The multi-phase, 79,000-SF project adds new warehousing and clean production space while upgrading the existing 64,000-SF plant with improved production lines, warehouse, offices, and support areas.
The expansion is designed to boost global wound care manufacturing capacity and strengthen Mölnlycke’s U.S. presence while supporting the company’s sustainability and localization goals. On-site solar and wind systems will reduce emissions and energy use, and the facility will enhance supply chain efficiency and overall environmental performance.
Designed by SMRT, the project is scheduled for completion in 2027.
