Located at Rock Row’s Medical and Research Campus in Westbrook, the new 250,000-SF building will feature anchor tenant New England Cancer Specialists, an Affiliate Member of Dana-Farber Institute and the largest medical oncology group and leading cancer care providers in the region.
Services that will be provided in the state-of-the-art building will include primary care, specialized practices, cancer treatment, imaging services, mammogram, lab and diagnostics, physical therapy, demonstration kitchen, nutritional services, pharmacy, administrative offices, wellness programs, and dental services.
Rayus Radiology and Saco Bay Physical Therapy will also occupy space in the new building. A 500-space parking garage is also planned on site.
Waterstone Property Group is developing the project.
Construction is expected to be completed in the spring of 2024.
