Landry/French provided pre-construction and construction management services for this new 25,500-SF patient-centered medical home that houses Western Maine Family Practice and Oxford Hills Internal Medicine.
The contemporary design of the single-story building blends into the nearby residential neighborhood in the small rural town. The facility is organized with three primary building areas. The front portion of the building includes a welcoming lobby flanked by a cardiac rehab and blood draw on one side and a large conference room/community room. The center portion of the building houses the clinical staff and exam room space, and the rear of the building houses off-stage staff areas.
