This 10-phase project renovated the top four floors of the prominent One Portland Square building in the heart of Portland.
Completed over 20 months, the 64,000-SF renovation creates a two-story space on the 9th and 10th floors that anchors a conference center with nine meeting rooms ranging in size from 4 to 80 seats. A “loungebrary” combines library resources with a staff lounge and flexible meeting space, creating a social hub for the firm. The space includes new video conferencing, finishes, lighting, and mechanical systems throughout.
