Over the past several years, Landry/French has served as Construction Manager on numerous projects for Allagash Brewing Company to accommodate their growing needs.
Projects include a recently completed 12,000-SF metal office building for production and office space, an expansion of Allagash’s existing brew house and retail store, and conversion of the existing retail store into production support space. Landry/French also expanded the exterior fermentation tank structure. Sitework includes a new 64-space parking lot with associated stormwater, landscaping improvements and other site amenities.
