Satcom Direct’s new two-story, 43,000-SF headquarters consolidates the company’s operations, housing its entire employee base and technology research efforts under one roof.
LEED Silver certified, the building incorporates sustainable and high-performance features, including 100% LED lighting, full generator backup, a fitness center, a coffee shop and café, raised access flooring with underfloor air distribution, and modular walls for future growth. Its energy-efficient design includes an advanced window wall system, superior wall and roof insulation, maintenance-free exterior walls, and a fully windowed east wall for abundant natural light.
Architecturally inspired by an airplane, the building features a central fuselage section with two angled wings. It accommodates 150 people with the capacity to expand to 200.
