The 7,000-square-foot interior fit-out located on the third floor of a newly constructed Class A office building is designed to reflect a modern, boutique-style workplace. The space features high-end finishes and custom millwork throughout, creating a refined and welcoming environment for both employees and clients.
The thoughtfully planned layout balances privacy and collaboration, integrating a mix of enclosed offices, open work areas, and support spaces. The program includes nine private offices, a large open office workspace, two huddle rooms, two conference rooms, and a dedicated boardroom for larger meetings. Additional features include three phone rooms, a mother’s wellness room, a reception area, a breakroom designed as a social hub, and a production room to support daily operations.
This fit-out delivers a functional, flexible workspace that supports productivity while reinforcing RSM’s professional brand and culture.
