This 34,587-square-foot expansion to the Customer Center 2 building was developed to support executive aircraft delivery operations while providing a high-end customer experience. Designed as a dedicated aircraft delivery hangar facility, the project combines operational functionality with premium hospitality-focused spaces tailored to aircraft owners and delivery teams.
The expansion includes a large state-of-the-art hangar along with multiple customer suites featuring private sitting areas, offices, and conference spaces. Additional interior spaces include a Ceremony Room, a large training room, multiple meeting rooms, office areas, and new restroom facilities designed to support both daily operations and customer events.
Site improvements included construction of a new asphalt apron to accommodate aircraft operations, as well as a front turnaround loop to facilitate customer drop-off and pick-up. The exterior environment was further enhanced with extensive landscaping and upgraded site lighting, including solar bollards and LED pole lights, creating a welcoming and polished arrival experience consistent with the facility’s executive-level purpose.
