Located in a 1904 historic building at Thompson’s Point, the 5,000-SF space at Brick North was transformed into a vibrant wine tasting facility and event space.
The restoration of the deteriorated building which had been vacant for several years included major structural reinforcement and repairs, new mechanical and electrical systems throughout, new roof, and all new interior finishes throughout. With the original brick walls and wood timbers exposed, the former Maine Central Railroad Car Repair Shop space is now a blend of elegance and industrial space.
