The 4,500-SF single-story expansion, located at the south end of the existing Casco Bay Ferry Terminal, houses a ticket office, waiting area, public restrooms and support spaces.
The new addition features a 19-ft.-tall exposed steel columns, a cantilevered roof structure and large glazed curtain wall, including two oversized bi-fold doors that open the waiting room to the working waterfront.
The mechanical room, physical plant office, maintenance office and supplies were relocated to vacated portions of the existing terminal.
