Nestled in the woods just off Route 1 in Saco, the two-story, wood-framed building includes one- and two-bedroom apartments. The facility includes a laundry room, on-site hair salon, private resident storage area, elevator, and community room with gas fireplace, computer screen and large screen TV.
Funding sources include Federal low-income housing tax credits, stimulus funds, Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston, and MaineHousing.
