This new 95,000-SF retirement community consists of three interconnected, energy-efficient buildings. The complex includes 36 luxury apartments ranging in size between 1,100 and 1,800 square feet.
The new 165-seat “Commons Room” provides space for events and activities, complemented by two third-floor community decks, or “Sky Walks,” in the east-facing buildings. Additional amenities include a spa/salon, café, and store. Two buildings feature underground parking, while the third offers attached parking.
