This new 95,000-SF retirement community consists of three interconnected, energy-efficient buildings. The complex includes 36 luxury apartments ranging in size between 1,100 and 1,800 square feet.
A new “Commons Room” with seating capacity of 165 allows for events and activities, as well as two community decks or “Sky Walks” on the third floors of the two eastward facing buildings. Other amenities include a spa/salon and café/store. Two of the buildings have underground parking, and the third building has attached parking.
