Landry/French Construction provided construction management services on the renovation and addition of an existing facility for Pineland Farms Natural Meats. The 15,000-SF renovation included complete interior demolition and re-purposing of the former creamery for meat processing, packaging and dry/cold storage. A 3,000-SF addition provides space for a test kitchen, offices, dedicated space for USDA inspectors, and employee break and locker rooms. All new mechanical, refrigeration, and electrical systems were installed throughout.
Exterior work included the addition of two septic fields, in-ground precast structures to process sanitary waste, and dedicated area for large mechanical equipment.
