This 9,164-SF fit-out transformed existing space into a secure office and cold spray laboratory for Northeastern University in Brunswick, Maine. The project included eight secure research suites with supporting spaces, as well as a cold spray laboratory, measurement lab, equipment room, and new electrical/mechanical room.
Collaborating closely with the design team and owner’s equipment vendors, Landry/French coordinated the installation of a robotic spray booth and its high-pressure (1200 psi) nitrogen piping systems. A dedicated mechanical room houses nitrogen storage tanks, nitrogen generators, boosters, and compressors supporting the compressed air and nitrogen system.
