Landry/French served as Construction Manager on the second phase of Hobson’s Landing located at 383 Commercial Street in Portland.
Phase 2 of the redevelopment of the former Rufus Deering Lumber site includes a 160,000-SF, 7-story building that provides 64 condominiums. The first floor consists of four retail spaces with additional retail space on the third floor. The first and second floors provide garage parking.
