Florida Tech Commons is a 63,000-square-foot, three-story campus facility designed to serve as the primary gateway to the Florida Institute of Technology campus. Located at the intersection of University Boulevard and Babcock Street, the building consolidates student services, academic programs, and administrative functions into a centralized, highly accessible destination.
The first floor houses the Center for Student Success, providing a one-stop location for admissions, registration, and a variety of student support services. The second floor is home to the College of Psychology and Liberal Arts, while the third floor accommodates the Women’s Business Center, Continuing Education, Career Services, and International Student and Scholar Services. By bringing these diverse resources together under one roof, the facility enhances accessibility, encourages collaboration, and improves the overall student experience.
As a prominent campus landmark and welcoming first point of contact for prospective students and visitors, Florida Tech Commons supports student success, academic achievement, and institutional growth while strengthening connectivity across the university community.
Project completed by MH Williams Construction, a Landry/French company.
