Eastern Florida State College expanded on-campus housing with the construction of two three-story, 96-bed residence halls on the Melbourne Campus. These modern, fully air-conditioned facilities provide student-centered living with furnished suites featuring four private bedrooms, two shared bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a common living room, creating a comfortable and functional environment for student success.
The first residence hall marked a milestone as Eastern Florida State College’s first on-campus housing at the Melbourne Campus. Following its successful completion, a second matching residence hall was completed in 2023.
