Landry/French provided design/build services for Crown’s new 40,000-SF high-bay, pre-engineered building in the Innovation District at The Downs in Scarborough, Maine.
The building included 15,000 SF of conditioned space for offices, a breakroom, training room, and an inviting glass curtainwall lobby entry. The operations warehouse comprised 25,000 SF with three loading docks, repair stations, and storage mezzanine. The building’s exterior featured vertical and horizontal siding with glass curtainwall compatible with the town’s design standards.
