Tool and Warehouse Coordinator
Tools/Equipment
- Control inventory through company system
- Run monthly inventory reports
- Purchase new tools and equipment and consumables
- Tool and equipment repair and maintenance
- Maintain warehouse and yard
- Delivery and pickup of tools and equipment from sites
- Misc. job site labor, as needed
- Delivery and pick up of various materials, as needed
Company Fleet
- Maintain fleet registrations and state inspections
- Ensure vehicle maintenance
- Clean and maintain shop vehicles
- Resolve any EZ-Pass issues, order replacements etc.
- Coordinate insurance and toll passes
Property Maintenance
- Bid out and hire all property maintenance
- Winter yard maintenance
- Office and building maintenance.
