Landry/French Promotes Nick Gaddar to Senior Project Manager
Landry/French Construction, one of Northern New England’s leading construction management firms, is pleased to announce the promotion of Nick Gaddar to Senior Project Manager.
Gaddar has 11 years of experience in commercial construction, encompassing diverse projects in housing, hospitality, and public safety. During his six years at Landry/French he has demonstrated strong project management skills and leadership capabilities. He has successfully overseen the execution of some of the firm’s most complex projects, establishing himself as a trusted professional in the industry. Currently, Gaddar is serving as Project Manager on Hobson’s Landing, a 160,000-SF, seven-story condominium located in downtown Portland, and the new 27,000-SF police station for the City of Augusta. Other notable projects include new public safety buildings for Scarborough, Wells, and Yarmouth. At Landry/French, Gaddar has been instrumental in establishing the Internship Program and spearheading the Young Professionals Group, a program dedicated to professional development and training.
Gaddar actively contributes to the growth and advancement of the construction industry through his various roles with the Associated General Contractors, Maine. He serves as a Board Member, Building Committee Member and the Emerging Contractor’s Group.

Gaddar has a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Maine.
