Landry/French Receives 2016 Governor’s Award for Business Excellence
Landry/French Construction, one of Maine’s leading construction companies, was honored on December 20th as a recipient of the 2016 Maine Governor’s Award for Business Excellence.
During a Blaine House ceremony, Governor LePage and the Maine Department of Economic and Community Development, presented three companies with a 2016 Governor’s Award for Business Excellence.
Denis Landry, President, and Kevin French, CEO, were on hand to receive the award. “It’s a tremendous honor to receive this prestigious award,” said Denis Landry. “We are all proud and humbled by this recognition.”
The Governor’s Award for Business Excellence is awarded annually to companies that have a proven commitment to employees, customers and community, while leading their respective industries in service and business success. Since 1991 the Governor’s Award for Business Excellence has been awarded to 138 Maine businesses.
In addition to this recognition, Landry/French has also received other prestigious awards in 2016 including the Inc. 5000 List of Fastest Growing Companies in America; the AGC Build Maine Award; and the Best Places to Work in Maine.
