NewHeight Group Selects Landry/French for New Luminato Condominium Project
NewHeight Group, a Portland-based real estate development firm, has selected Landry/French Construction as Construction Manager for the new Luminato Condominiums located in the historic India Street neighborhood.
The new 42,000-SF, 26-unit project will feature 1-3 bedroom condos with 10’5” high ceilings and oversized windows that will bring in natural light and offer views of Casco Bay and the city skyline. A roof-top terrace, fitness room, common room, and guest room will be shared by residents. A fully enclosed parking garage with 27 spaces is also included. Two vacant apartment buildings at 167 and 169 Newbury Street will be demolished to make way for the new building.
The architect is Archetype Architects of Portland.
