Construction Starts on new Bangor Savings Bank Branch
Landry/French Construction has started on construction a new Bangor Savings Bank building in Portland.
The new 7,200-SF, three-story solar-powered building will be located on Marginal Way and will include a full-service branch bank and drive-thru on the first floor with offices and conference rooms located on the second and third floors. The second floor will feature a walk-out roof-top deck that offers views of Back Bay. A conference room will be provided for community use.
“Landry/French has enjoyed a long relationship with Bangor Savings Bank and has completed over a dozen projects” said Vice President Kevin French. “We deeply value the partnership and are extremely grateful they continue to place their trust in Landry/French.”
The new facility was designed by TAC Architectural Group of Hampden. Construction is expected to be completed in June 2016.
