Landry/French served as Construction Manager on this 6,000-SF interior fit-up of an existing medical office building core and shell. The facility includes 15 exam rooms, provider offices and conference space. The clinical space is anchored by a clinical hub where co-located staff can easily collaborate with one another while having quick access to the exam and talk rooms. Also included are three separate waiting areas for well, sick and teen patients.
The space features bold patterns, textures and colors to engage pediatric patients ranging from infant to adolescent with bright wayfinding accents and wall graphics interspersed throughout the facility.
