The multi-phase renovation project at the Ogunquit Municipal Campus includes a new four-story, 20,000-square-foot Town Hall and Police Station, along with renovations to 14,260 square feet of the adjacent Dunaway Community Center.
The new municipal building features secure, purpose-built spaces for police operations—including evidence bays, a sallyport, interview rooms, an armory, fitness room, administrative offices, and sleeping quarters—while the Town Hall includes public service areas, a town vault, conference rooms, and offices for town officials. Site improvements connecting the two buildings include new walkways, ramps, stairs, playgrounds, and a basketball court. Construction is being carefully coordinated to allow uninterrupted operations on the active municipal campus.
