Ridgeland Gardens is a new 41,000-SF, four-story housing complex located in South Portland, providing affordable one-bedroom apartments for individuals 55 and older.
The 44-unit senior housing facility features common areas including a community room, laundry facilities, fitness room, storage space, and outdoor patio area and community gardens for residents. Five ADA-compliant units with additional units that can be easily converted for future use, are also provided.
