Prudential

Landry/French provided construction management services for the 14,000-SF renovation of Prudential’s Portland, Maine, office. Designed by HLW, the space is flooded with an abundance of natural light, creating an inviting environment. The open office concept uses a mix of white oak panels, light stone, bright colors, a living moss biophilia wall, lush plantings, and glass interior storefronts.

The entrance, located at the pantry café, features a kitchen and seating area with both cushioned booths and table seating. The office layout includes multiple open work areas, huddle rooms, conference and meeting rooms of various sizes, all equipped with motorized window treatments.

Additionally, private glass-front offices and privacy pods are strategically located adjacent to walls adorned with pictorial representations with iconic Maine scenes. A private serenity room provides a tranquil retreat.

Landry/French also completed an upgrade of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, along with new bathrooms, sound masking technology, and diffusers discreetly integrated into attractive radius soffits located along the curved windows offering views of Casco Bay.

The renovation project, executed within an occupied six-story building, was completed in five months.
