Located on a 10-acre site in Augusta, the former Maine Department of Transportation site was re-developed with two new office buildings in a build-to-suit project is being leased back to the State.
A new 26,000-SF office building serves as offices for Maine PERS (Public Employees Retirement System), and a new 104,000-SF office building for the Department of Health and Human Services. Both buildings are open office environments with workstations, as well as private executive offices, meeting areas, and board rooms.
