Landry/French served as Construction Manager on this two-phased renovation project at Gorham House, a comprehensive living center offering a broad spectrum of healthcare services including independent living, independent plus, assisted living, memory care, and nursing care.
Construction activities were carefully planned and coordinated in order to minimize disruption to residents. The addition added new patient rooms and a PT Gym. The project also included extensive site renovations and expanded parking.
