Fallbrook Commons, a new 90-bed senior living facility located in Portland, features three wings—long-term care, memory care and skilled nursing. Each wing will include living room, country kitchen, and dining room with support services, central commercial kitchen, laundry and staff lounge/offices.
The new one-story, 57,000-SF facility is a traditional New England style building. The project will be constructed over 18 months.
