Landry/French provided Preconstruction and Construction Management Services for this 72,900 SF multi-family housing project in Portland.
Located at 200 Valley Street on Portland’s Peninsula, the new building consist of 60 apartments for families in the six-story building. A two-story structured garage is included on the lower levels of the new building. The first two floors consist of steel and concrete with traditional wood framing on the four residential floors above.
The building features a community room, indoor bicycle storage, and on-site laundry facilities.
Porter Station is a PHIUS+ 2018 Pre-Certified project and uses sustainable design and construction to decrease the building’s footprint, maximize energy efficiency and improve air quality.
