At 204.5 feet, this new 18-story building serves as the tallest residential building in Maine.

The new 180,000-SF building includes 263 market-rate apartments, a 2,100-SF fitness room, and a commercial office suite, such as a gallery, on the lower level. A 1,500-SF sky lounge with views of the Atlantic Ocean is located on the top floor. The second floor features a 3,000-SF shared lounge with co-working desks and other spaces. A small plaza is designed on the urban site to include benches, a water wall, and plantings.

Located within the Portland Historical district, traditional red Portland brick, granite, and glass is incorporated into the lower levels. However, the upper section are constructed of two-story exterior panels with pre-installed windows.
