Landry/French Construction Completes Scarborough Public Safety Building
Landry/French Construction announces the completion of the new 53,000-SF Public Safety Building in Scarborough, Maine.
Located on town-owned land adjacent to the Town Hall and bordered by US Route 1 and Sawyer Road, the new building houses police, fire, emergency medical services and emergency dispatch. A community room serves as both a training classroom as well as a public meeting room for the community.
The new building is designed for a 40-year lifespan and will accommodate the growth and public safety needs over the next 25 years. It replaces a 17,000-SF building nearby on Route 1.
