Patriot Insurance Selects Landry/French to Build New Corporate Headquarters

Landry/French Construction was selected to build the new corporate headquarters for Patriot Insurance in Yarmouth.

The new two-story, 33,000-SF facility will be located on the Down-East Village site on Route 1 in Yarmouth. The new headquarters is an open office concept that will house its 69 employees with space to grow to 100 employees over the next five years. The facility also includes a reception area/lobby, private offices, conference rooms, fitness area, break-out rooms and training spaces.

The new building, designed by Dave Matero Architecture of Bath, is traditional New England architecture and fits in the Yarmouth historical character. Construction will begin immediately and will is expected to be completed by November 2017.
