Landry/French provided Pre-Construction and Construction Management Services for the new $21.5 million public safety building for the Town of Scarborough.
The new 53,000-SF combined police and fire station building accommodates current public safety needs and anticipates community and staffing growth through 2041. The facility is located on town-owned land adjacent to the Town Hall and bordered by US Route 1 and Sawyer Road.
