Located on a 10-acre site in Augusta, the former Maine Department of Transportation site was re-developed with two new office buildings in a build-to-suit project leased back to the State.
The new 104,000-SF building serves as offices for the Department of Health and Human Services, and a separate 26,000-SF office building for Maine PERS (Public Employees Retirement System). Both buildings are open office environments with workstations, and private executive offices, meeting areas, and board rooms.
